The Archbishop will also visit the community of El Mozote, where the terrible massacre of over 800 men, women and children was undertaken by the Salvadorian army in December 1981. He will also meet Cardinal Rosa Chavez, a former Auxiliary Bishop of San Salvador and the former President of Caritas Latin America and Caribbean, who was a close colleague and friend of St Oscar Romero.
